In recent times the figure of the leader-Coach comes being accepted in most developed countries as a paradigm for the best version on the efficiency of the policy management, combining the traditional powers of the Management with the necessary emotional intelligence inherent in the practice of Coaching. But, what sets the personality of a leader-Coach?, is how acting in concrete situations?, what are the results you get?. We can describe it with words and we’ll be just repeating the traditional formative speech aimed to repeatedly relate all those skills that define it, not bringing anything new to what is already known.
